Repeat Prescriptions
Prescription Fees

pillsPlease allow 2 working days for a repeat prescription request. The white form attached to your computer prescription can be ticked against the items you need, and the form should then be placed in the box in the surgery vestibule.

As you will see from this website we are now also offering the facility to order your repeat prescriptions on-line.

We do not accept repeat prescription requests over the telephone unless you are housebound. If you provide a stamped addressed envelope, we can post your prescription to you.

Your medical condition and medication will be reviewed regularly. Please discuss with the receptionist when you see a message on the slip advising that you review date is pending so that an appropriate appoitment can be made. When a  medication review  is overdue  a red slip will be attached to your next prescription. This slip will indicate what type of intervention appears most appropriate e.g. Having a blood test and  then making  an appointment in the diabetic clinic for a diabetic patient.
