The paramedic was excellent but having to wait a month at 81 for an appointment was not good. Although the Anima system works for most people. Filling in the correct answers to questions can be difficult. A month is too long to wait at 81 you begin to worry more. This needs looking at.

Very prompt. Good explanation of what was going to happen and what I had to do. Lovely relaxed manner I never felt rushed or like I was a nuisance

I always feel safe when I go to the doctor!! everything is very pleasant and the doctors speak very nicely and calmly congratulations❤️🙏
