Heidi Health AI Policy

During your consultation, your Doctor may ask for your consent to them using a piece of software called Heidi Health.

It’s a tool that listens to your conversation with your Doctor and then turns the recording into notes that your Doctor can then add straight to your health record. The benefit of using it is that your Doctor can pay attention to you and have a proper chat about your concerns, without the distraction of typing notes.

All data is stored in coded form so your personal information isn’t identifiable. Your Doctor can even share a summary with you at the end if you wish.
